Bankruptcy

When representing our creditor clients, we counsel our clients on issues relating to bankruptcy, dischargeability issues, commercial law, secured transactions and unsecured transactions and fraudulent transfers. We have represented both secured and unsecured creditors, creditor committees and lenders.

In addition to our lending clients, we represent receivers and trustees who are appointed to deal with suspected land and financial fraud cases. We have worked with both federal and state governmental agencies to secure and freeze company assets and assist in maximizing recovery of funds for defrauded investors and creditors.
