Wear 'em for Wellness
Friday April 29th, 2011
Jaburg Wilk, P.C is sponsoring the first
annual Wear 'em for Wellness Day on Friday, April 29,
2011. Businesses are encouraged to allow each
employee to wear jeans on Friday, April 29th in exchange
for a suggested $5 donation. Employers are
encouraged to match the total employee contribution. Monies
collected will support The Wellness Community in Arizona.
The Wellness Community is a nonprofit organization, comprised of
professionals that help to educate, guide and support cancer
patients and their families. While the medical community
focuses on the medical aspects of conquering cancer, The Wellness
Community focuses on the total person or rather a
holistic approach that addresses the mental, spiritual and

The process to participate is simple! One person
from each business will collect the donations and then there are
two ways to submit your donations:
1) make a check payable to The Wellness Community, AZ, with "Wear
'em for Wellness" written in the memo. Mail the check to: 360 East
Palm Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85004-1531 or
2)
